1 — Our voluntary commitment
Axel REGNOULT, operating under the trade name Axelo (SIRET 895 214 989 00017 — 128 rue de la Boétie, 75008 Paris, France), wishes to make the website https://www.web-agency.app usable by as many people as possible, including persons with disabilities.
This approach is voluntary. It is a best-effort undertaking and constitutes neither an obligation of result nor a formal compliance statement. This page is therefore not an "accessibility statement" in the regulatory sense, but a sincere description of our good practices.
2 — Axelo's regulatory status
The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882 of 17 April 2019), applicable as from 28 June 2025, subjects e-commerce services provided to consumers within the European Union to accessibility requirements.
The directive (article 4(5)) nevertheless provides an exemption for microenterprises that provide a service. A microenterprise is an organisation with fewer than 10 persons whose annual turnover (or balance-sheet total) does not exceed EUR 2 million.
Axelo is an individual microenterprise well below these thresholds. As such, Axelo is not subject to the EAA accessibility requirements. The good practices described below are implemented by choice, not in fulfilment of a legal obligation.
3 — What we put in place
As far as our means allow, we strive to apply the usual accessibility good practices to the public pages of the site, in particular:
- a semantic page structure (hierarchical headings, navigation landmarks);
- text alternatives for informative images;
- readable contrast (light-theme interface);
- keyboard navigation and explicit form labels.
Throughout development, we rely on automated assessment tools (axe-core, Lighthouse, WAVE) to detect and fix the main pitfalls.
4 — Known limitations and continuous improvement
As this is a voluntary best-effort approach, some content or features may not be fully accessible, and no external compliance audit or firm timetable is undertaken. Authenticated areas (customer area, back-office) are not covered by this approach.
We improve accessibility progressively, as the site evolves and based on the feedback received, with no time commitment.
5 — Report an issue or request an alternative
If you experience difficulty accessing content or a service, write to us: we will seek to direct you to an accessible alternative or to provide the content in another form.
- Email: legal@web-agency.app — with the subject "Accessibility — content request";
- Postal mail: Axel REGNOULT, 128 rue de la Boétie, 75008 Paris, France.
We endeavour to reply within the time indicated in our Support Policy.
6 — Additional information
For information only: in France, the Défenseur des droits (formulaire.defenseurdesdroits.fr, tel. +33 (0)9 69 39 00 00) is the competent authority for disability-related discrimination. This mention is provided as general information and does not prejudge the obligations applicable to Axelo, which is exempt under article 4(5) of Directive (EU) 2019/882.
